At LeValse, we stand behind our products with confidence. Your trust and satisfaction are our highest priorities, which is why we are proud to offer one of the most generous guarantees in our industry.
Our 365-Day Empty-Bottle Promise
We want you to feel completely confident and secure in your purchase. You have a full 365 days from the date your first order ships to try LeValse. If, within that year, you are not completely satisfied with your results for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund based on your most recent shipment.
Our guarantee is a one-time privilege per customer.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under our 365-Day Empty-Bottle Promise, the following conditions must be met:
1. Your refund request must be made within 365 days of the original purchase date.
2. The guarantee refunds the value of your most recent shipment within the 365-day window. For monthly plans, it's your last charge. For multi-month plans paid upfront (like a $141 3-Month plan), the refund is the value of one month's supply within that plan ($47). This applies only to the product value, excluding shipping costs.
3. You must ship the bottle(s) from your most recent order back to us. The bottle(s) can be full, partially used, or empty.
4. The 365-Day Empty-Bottle Promise can be used once per customer. After a refund has been issued, all subsequent purchases are final and not eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@levalse.com.
Please include your original order number and the reason for your return in your email. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed instructions on how to send back your product.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
