Order Processing Time
We understand you are excited to start your journey with LeValse. All orders placed before 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays), are processed and shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
U.S. Shipping (Domestic)
We ship all domestic orders from our facility in the USA.
Shipping Method: We use the US Postal Service (USPS) for standard domestic shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders within the United States typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship LeValse products to our international customers.
Estimated Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 8-12 business days. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and can vary depending on the destination country and its customs process.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: LeValse is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are not responsible for any packages held or delayed by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.
Potential Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
